Cleo at Baha Mar is the concept of award-winning chef Danny Elmaleh and takes you on a culinary adventure of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine adapted from his original Cleo menu in LA to include local Bahamian ingredients. Cleo captures the vibrancy of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, married with fresh local ingredients. The result is a vast menu that includes flatbreads, hummus, baba ganoush, spanakopita, lamb shawarma, meatball shashouka, tandoori chicken, green falafel, New Zealand rack of lamb, local Spiny Lobster tail and a host of the finest cuts of beef to be found in the Bahamas, as well as many other delicacies, including Cleo’s signature baklava and a craft cocktail selection that is unrivaled.
